Article II

The objectives of the Association shall be:
  (a)  To promote harmony and cordial business relations and to establish a more common ground for better understanding among claims personnel;
  (b)  To facilitate the exchange of information and ideas on subjects of common interest;
  (c)  To assist each member to render his/her company better and more valuable services;
  (d)  To improve the public image of the insurance industry through the promotion of prompt and fair settlement of meritorious claims;
  (e)  To discourage and expose dishonest, unscrupulous and unethical practices in the handling of claims and litigation; and
  (f)  To promote a high standard of ethics and dignity of the profession.
