Procedure At Meetings
Section 1. The conduct of the meetings of the Association shall be governed by Roberts Rules of Order, Revised.
Section 2. The order of business shall be as follows:
a) Roll Call;
b) Minutes of previous meetings;
c) Election of Officers at annual meeting;
d) Treasurer's Report;
e) Committee Reports;
f) Membership applications;
g) Unfinished business;
h) New business;
i) General discussion;
Special programs may be presented at any time during the meeting at the discretion of the President.
